Asoka
📝 Description
Asoka is Prestisa's internal order fulfillment and delivery management platform, used to process customer orders end-to-end — from purchase order approval, inventory, and supplier management through to shipment dispatch and delivery monitoring. One of its core features is the shipping module, which supports both manual and automated (auto-shipping) courier assignment, multi-destination order grouping, real-time packing monitoring, and pickup/cancellation scheduling via cron jobs. It integrates with multiple third-party logistics providers — Gojek/GoSend, Lalamove, Deliveree, and Blue Bird Logistic — each with dedicated booking services, webhooks, and auto-pickup/auto-cancel automation, all abstracted behind a provider-switching layer so operations can select or fail over between couriers. My work here covers building and maintaining features across order management, the shipping/logistics integrations, and general bugfixing on both frontend and backend.
